Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with FaithPrayers Ministries! Our prayer line and services would not be possible without the dedication and efforts of our volunteers.

What we look for:

• INTEGRITY:
  All of our volunteers are held to the highest standards of professional integrity. This includes treating every call with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
• COMPASSION:
  One thing that sets our volunteers apart is a heart of compassion for the hurting and for those from all walks of life. We are non-judgmental in our speech and in our attitudes. We understand that people find themselves in various situations, and our task is not to judge them but to stand with them before the throne of God.
• REFERENCES:
  In order to work on the prayer line, our volunteers will need a letter of reference from their pastor stating that they are in good standing with their believing community and recommending them for work on the prayer line.
• BELIEVERS IN JESUS:
  Although many people from all walks of life call the prayer line, and we encourage this, all of our prayer volunteers are Bible-believing followers of Jesus. We pray only in the name of Jesus.

What we offer:

• EASE OF USE:
  You don't have to go anywhere to volunteer with FaithPrayers. The phone line can come to you!  The prayer line can be transferred to your designated phone or cell phone for the hours you have signed up to answer it. We only ask that you have the time set aside to be consistently available to answer each call during your volunteer hours. The prayer line can be transferred anywhere in the continental United States, Hawaii, or Alaska. • TRAINING:
  Each volunteer is provided with training, complete with manual, before ever beginning work on the phone line.
